Hello! Jay and I are doing great! I have a job interview tomorrow @ 2pm. at The Embassy Hotel to be a front desk person. We will see how it goes. I also have 2 interviews on Monday. So I will have a few jobs to choose from. :-}

Jason and I are going to Florida on Friday to visit my Godmother in Daytona. We will be staying for about 3 or 4 days. I'm so excited! I can't believe I will actually be seeing her, its been years. I've only seen her a few times in my whole entire life, so I'm really happy that we are going! I talked to her today and she is really happy that we are coming to see her. :-}

hey everyone. not much going on. I'm kinda bored cause i have no job....i guess i should get one and put away money for school. although, i am enjoying sleeping in and being able to watch General Hospital everyday! well nothing 'new and exciting' is going on.....still waiting for jay's clearance. its getting on my nerves, he should have had it by now! whatever.....it is out of our control. well, jay and i might be going to Florida to visit my Godmother! hey guys.....well today was my last day at Coach. i'm kinda glad in a way because i felt like they wanted us employees to stalk the customers. every five minutes management would come up to you and be like "you need to talk to them and build the sale, and yada, yada, yada...." like i don't know that! what they fail to realize is that people get really annoyed when every employee in the store talks to them while they shop. i have had quite a few people leave the store because they get so annoyed with everyone asking them questions. i don't blame them though, i HATE when you go into stores to just look around and people are all over you while you shop, it gets on my nerves! and besides.....the discount wasn't that much better than what the customers have to pay! so that is my rant for now, i'm gonna go have some dinner. talk to you later! *lisa*

Im not very good at spades

Well hello again, long time no post. Sorry about that just been kinda in a rut as of late. Bored with work and just don't have a lot of energy (which I attest to work). I'm still waiting to go to class but hopefully something will happen soon.

I play online euchre at www.iwin.com, and every once in a while the euchre tables are down. So lately I've been trying my hand at spades, and well I'm not very good. Sometimes I do things really really well, and others it's just plain bad. But the one thing I've really noticed is that generally speaking here, spade players are not very nice. Well compared to euchre players anyway. I make a mistake apologize about it advise my partner that I am new and ask for advise on how I could have played better and all they usually do is call me retarded or stupid or other names and then follow me around and tell my next partner that I'm an idiot. Euchre players are a lot nicer and more patient. Usually if a newbie plays some euchre and makes a mistake advise will be offered in a nice way.

Well that is my rant on Spades players.

Today I have to work the 3rd shift which kinda sucks (1800-2400) so I'm not looking forward to that.

NHL hockey here we come

Lisa and I will be going to see the Carolina Hurricanes play the Boston Bruins next month up in NC. The trip is planned through MWR here and for $40usd we get transportation to the game and tickets, plus we'll get a couple hours before the game to hang around the city. It's not Red Wings but it will do.

hey everyone! our day went pretty well. we just had a nice quit Sunday, in other words, we didn't do anything exciting. :-} although... we are having a 'date night' at 10pm tonight in our living room. we will be watching a movie and eating popcorn! I'm doing really good about reading my Bible, I'm on the 2nd part of the 1st course. I'm not sure if i posted this last time, but I'm really considering going back to school to become a nail technician. i would be really good at that i think! =) i like people, the 'spa like' atmosphere that i could work in, and the 'artsy' aspect is cool too. and besides, i like making things look pretty! you should see me if I'm on a cleaning rampage....when I'm done, I'll just look around and everything will be so nice and clean, with everything in its place. yeah, I'm a little OCD! anyway, Jason is doing pretty good, he had a good day watching football. (can't you just sense my enthusiasm). and tony is just tony, he is doing great, he has a roof over his head, food on his plate, and his favorite...bubbles! this cat goes CrAzY over bubbles. he will jump up and pop them and meow when he wants more! he just cracks us up! well, i'm gonna go for now, talk to ya later, ***lisa***

hello everyone! my morning, yes...morning, is going fine. I'm just waiting for one of my friends to get here so we can go walking together. She and her son should have been here already , i hope they are alright. I called her on her cell earlier but she didn't pick-up, so i had to leave a message. Anyway, Tony heard one of those stray cats meowing outside of our house and boy was he mad! All the hair on him stood up making him look bigger than normal. When it finally came in the backyard and Tony saw it he was growling and hissing at it like he did last time. I know what you are thinking....'just keep the blinds closed'. Let me tell you....its not that easy, the house we had back home had a bay window and Tony loved it! He really misses his window, so we try to compensate by leaving the blinds open so he can look outside. You should see Tony when the blinds are closed.....he's pathetic....he will sit there and meow really softly, like he's crying or something, so then i feel like a bad "mom" and so I'll open the blinds. i can't say no to that cat, he is too stinkin' cute! We have had him since he was 6 weeks old, he is about 4 1/2 years now. and because we do not have children yet, Tony is like our child.....he is just so cute and his paws are all white so it looks like he has socks on! =) ok, enough ranting on how cute our cat is.....the picture speaks for itself! =) *lisa*

hey guys. well I have had the past couple days off work, it is nice to just relax sometimes! I've been working out, they say it is good to get at least 20 minutes a day of exercise, and besides it is better than just watching t.v.! Also, having days off gives me time to read and clean my house and stuff, I think Tony likes to have someone to play with during the day too! Anyway, Jason is doing well, no complaints really, still working in the "mail room", still waiting on his clearance, whats new! Tony is just so funny, he is the craziest cat that i have ever had, he really makes us laugh! He will just get this crazy look in his eyes and out of nowhere he will just start jumping up at the walls and then just run down the hall way and then all over the house, it is so funny to see! Yesterday we had the blinds in our living room up and the window open, and Tony saw these stray cats outside our window, he started to growl and hiss at them, I wanted to get Tony down from there and close the window but when I came toward him and put my hand on him he hissed at me! I'm a big baby so I called Jason over to us and he calmed Tony down and we were able to close the window and blinds. So I guess that ruins my chance of having a new kitten or a puppy in our house. =( I think Tony would be very jeleous, he likes being the only cat, sometimes he still gets jeleous of me and chases me down the hallway. That cat is somethin' else! It was nice chatting but I'm gonna get going, talk to you later, **Lisa**
