Submarine Ball

Well this Saturday we will be going to our first Submarine ball. I will be doing color guard there so my ticket is free. It's at a culinary school so hopefully the food is good. I will be wearing my full dress whites and lisa will be wearing a black dress. We will be sure to post pictures. Other than that I'm still working nights, and Lisa is still working days. We make it work as best as we can. We also bought a Nintendo Wii and should get it in about a week or so. They are hard to find.

update on babysitting.....

hey guys, well now that i have some free time i can actaully update you guys on our 'parenting experiment'!she was really really good...didn't cry for her mom at all. Laeden didn't drink very much and i was a little worried but i figured she would drink if she was thirsty. as far as jason and i 'parenting' together..... it didn't go as smooth as i thought! we fought a lot it seems. whatever........here are some pics of Laeden. isnt she cute! she has the prettiest eyes! she wouldn't sit still for the pic of her and i together... she was a little wiggle worm! =)

Tony

Tony is if not bigger the same size as our house guest, but he is a scardy cat all the way. When I first brought her in the house yesterday she was sleeping in her car seat. Tony was acting all curious sniffing following us, etc. Well when he finally got up enough courage to hop on the bed for a little closer investigation she started moving in the car seat well that was enough for Tony, he went a runnin with a bushy tail and really low to the ground.

Well when she woke up and she finally got her eyes on Tony she was all excited so I put her down and she started chasing Tony around the house, I was a little worried because Tony has been known to play bite from time to time, so I stayed really close, but Tony seemed more annoyed than playful, so he kept runnin and she kept crawling.

Mommy and Daddy..... for the weekend.

Well hello all,

First I will apologize for the lack of posts as of late, I've just started to get back to my normal sleep schedule since they stopped working on the house next door. Works been fine, kinda slow we are in the process of most likely changing the scope of my current project so until that gets hashed out by the powers that be, my duties are kind or in limbo.

Well this weekend Lisa and I will be playing Mommy and Daddy to the cutest little girl, Laydan (not real sure on the spelling but that's close enough). She is about 13 months old and has the most beautiful blue eyes. A friend of ours graduated today and at the last minute the baby sitter she had lined up canceled for the weekend so we were glad to step in. Right now she is trying to stay awake, I was a little nervous at first because of her breathing. She seemed to be having a hard time breathing, but everything else seemed fine so I picked her up and normal breathing... lay her back down ... hard time again, well I'm pretty sure it was just her way of trying to stay awake, because as soon as she feel asleep normal breathing.

She is so delicate, I'm afraid something is going to happen to her, but I'm sure she will be fine.

On another note you should have seen Lisa last night when I asked if she wanted to watch her for the weekend, she darn near started jumping up and down. Last night it wasn't a for sure deal so I told Lisa not to get her hopes up, and this morning I told her that I would call her at work when I got home to let her know either way... well I haven't called her hehehe she likes surprises so I'll let her think about it all day so when she gets home it makes it that much better.

Well I'm off for now I'm sure Lisa will be taking a million pictures and they will most likely be posted this weekend.
