Comcast Update

So I talked to Lisa and obviously she didn't order the movies either. So I was supposed to hear back from Comcast on Tuesday, but of course I have to call them, and I was told that they were really busy and haven't had a chance to look into it further and they would call me back Wednesday. So they call back today and say that they are still looking into the issue and will just send us a new bill. Freakin great can't get a straight answer out of them.

And here's betting that when I do get that new bill it will have a late charge on it for not paying this one.

I hate Comcast... Oh and to those of you that might say if I hate Comcast so much why keep them? Well the have a Monopoly here on base, my only other options for TV are satellite or broadcast, and for Internet satellite or dial up which would mean I would have to buy a phone line which is unnecessary.
