Hey everyone…. Long time no talk. I’ve been busy with school, just studying and doing projects and stuff. I can’t wait to be done with school and go back to work. I’m not sure if I will get a part time job at a salon or not, we will see how things go with my schedule and such. Well its getting down to crunch time, we take our exit exam on Tuesday so I need to study for that….. my last day of class is December 10th! we will be sent the state board laws exam, once we complete that then its off to state board.

Tony is doing great, still his crazy little self, but of course he is as cute as can be! He sure is spoiled though, oh well that’s how cats are supposed to be right?! Lol! *lisa*

Still just a 3rd Class...

Well after like 2 or 3 months the advancement results came in, and I did not get advanced. Which in all honesty is not really all that shocking, seeing when I took the test I had no idea what most of the questions had been asking me, so I guessed for most of the test. But a bunch of my buddies did make it (they are in the fleet already though). So it is kinda hard to see your friends advance their careers and I'm stuck being a third class, but my time will come. I'm hopeful to make 2nd in March.

Long time no post....

Well I feel a little older since the last post. And I'm closer to progressing my naval career, which is about time. Currently I'm ranked 13/310 overall in GPA, with a 3.84/4.0, and we are a third of the way through this phase of training. I think that my effectiveness as a leader is starting to be seen by the right people. I've received some nice compliments about my ability from those that may have doubted me in the beginning. I also feel that I have really started to earn the respect of those I lead, which is what is most important to me.

Lisa Tony and myself are doing fine. Tony is as crazy as ever so we don't see him slowing done much over the last 5 years or so. We don't really have anything planned for our anniversary yet. We will not be doing much of anything on the date we are gonna wait until next year before we go the the fleet and hope to take like a 30 day vacation somewhere. We haven't quite decided yet but maybe a nice cruise or something along those lines.

Oh I almost forgot I just bought the new Angels and Airwaves CD and I really like it. I think they are my new favorite band.
