So we changed from Digital Cable to the really cheap stuff because the promotional period is over and we are trying to be thrifty. So because I work nights I had scheduled the appointment to be in the evening so I could sleep, and what does
Comcast do? They
decide to call me early in the day, which of course wakes me up, and ask if they could come do the service earlier. Which because I was tired I said yeah whatever cause I wasn't thinking straight, I should made them wait. Keep in mind this event happened early this month.
So today I get the bill, and guess what, yep you got it $400 worth of Porn on my bill.
Un-freaking-believable. I know I didn't order it, and I'm pretty sure Lisa didn't (I'll have to wait till she gets home so I can ask). It's
ludicrous, some of the movies were ordered at the same time. Keep in mind all these movies were ordered after they came out and swapped cable boxes, in most cases the next day. So I call
Comcast and low and behold they tell me that I ordered the porn. And I was like I most certainly did not, so the girl is sending up a dispute to the billing department or something and basically is like if it is found that you did not order the porn you'll get a credit. And I'm like that is fine and
freakin dandy but I want someone held
responsible for this. I mean to me it is
blatantly obvious what happened, the guy that came out to my house didn't do his
freakin job,
whether he ordered it or not in my
opinion the only
explanation is that his is guilty of this or is painfully inept and what he does and gave my box to someone else and failed to take the
necessary steps to prevent this event from happening.
Oh and I was also told they would wave the charge for coming to my house and changing service, which I got charged for.
Freakin Comcast.
I'll post what happens but I can already imagine, I'll get the credit and nothing will happen to the guy who's fault this is.
